A reservation made with Tamarack Lodge is a definite committment to provide our guests with rooms. Reservations are made only with advance payment* or when secured by a valid** credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Once reservations are made, rooms will be held for the night. Reservations require payment of at least one night's lodging.

Tamarack Lodge understands that occasionally it is necessary to make changes in travel plans. When this happens, there may be a cancellation charge. Please refer to Tamarack's Cancellation Policy.

* Tamarack Lodge cannot be responsible for reservation deposits or reservation cancellations delayed or lost in the mail or any other delivery service.

** In the event of an invalid credit card number, an attempt will be made to contact the person making the reservation. Failure to make contact for any reason will result in cancellation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Low Season

For reservations with arrival dates during the Low Season: If any part of the reservation is cancelled after 6PM 2 days before the expected arrival date, the cancellation fee will be the total of the first night's rent per room cancelled. To avoid any charges, you must cancel by 6PM, 2 days before your arrival date. (Example: A reservation for Thursday must be cancelled no later that 6PM the Tuesday before.) If ALL rooms are SOLD OUT there will be no charge.

There is no cancellation charge if the reservation is cancelled before 6PM, 2 days or more before the expected arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY - High Season and Holiday Periods

For reservations with arrival dates during the High Season and Holiday Periods: If any part of the reservation is cancelled 3 - 6 days before your expected arrival date, there will be a $10 cancellation fee per room changed or cancelled.

If any part of the reservation is cancelled after 6PM 2 days before the expected arrival date, the cancellation fee will be the total of the first night's rent per room cancelled. If all rooms are SOLD OUT, the cancellation fee would remain at $10 per room cancelled or changed.

To avoid any charges, you must cancel by 6PM, 7 days before your arrival date. (Example: A reservation for Thursday must be cancelled no later that 6PM the Thursday before.)

CANCELLATION POLICY - General

A reservation made within 48 hours of expected arrival may be cancelled without penalty by 6PM on the day of expected arrival.

Personal emergencies will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

A reservation not cancelled and not used will always result in cancellation of the balance of the expected stay and full charge for the entire reservation.
