On this page, Tamarack will attempt to provide a calendar of events of
interest to our guests, articles about the Lake and information about various
happenings in the area. From time to time, Tamarack may provide combinations
of lodging, meals and entertainment at special prices for your enjoyment.
Tamarack has been given an entertainment opportunity for our Guests. Regular guests know that quite often during the Summer we have a fire in the big fireplace. This year we are going to add music to the fire. Our pianist is a profession musician who has entertained many people.This gig will be for our guests only.
The performance will be a musical experience: songs to bring back memories, songs to sing-a-long to, requests from the audience and what ever else we can think of.
The date of the first party will be July 19, 2008 from about 7:30 to 9PM. So come down to the fire, relax and be entertained under the stars and around the fireplace.
Have you ever thought it might be fun to play a keyboard instrument? Our man at the piano is an experienced degreed professional Music Teacher teaching both youth and adults.
For those of you who have never given it a try, he has a marvelous program called "Keyboard Fun before Lesson One". In this introduction you will learn to play melodies, make chords and play chord harmony; as will as a lot of technical stuff, and HAVE FUN. At the conclusion of this lesson he guarantees a two piece repertory.
Other lesson types are also available. So come have a lesson outdoors under the trees. (Tamarack will make appointments.)
